Elissa Shoreman of the Buddhaful Souls yoga studio teaches this weekly class for the month of August. All fitness levels are welcome and no pre-registration is required. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat if you have one. Students will improve balance, flexibility and strength with a regular practice. Yoga and meditation also help moderate the stress of our busy lives.
Classes are $10 each or $12 for members of the Friends of the Rowley Library.
