A: Staff is available during our open hours for phone and email help:

Q: What should I do with my library materials?
A: Our outside & inside book drop are both open! Library books, DVDs, and audiobooks only please – bring items like hotspots and Launchpads inside to the desk.
We are still not accepting donations. The Friends aren’t able to accept any donations of books or other physical materials at this time.
Q: My item can’t be returned in the book drop- what should I do?
A: If you have an item that can’t be returned in the book drop (like a hotspot, a Launchpad tablet, or a Board Game) please bring it inside to the desk. If you have any concerns, please call us at (978) 948-2850 or email info@rowleylibrary.org.
Q: How do I access electronic resources?
A: Most RPL electronic resources can be accessed from home using your library card number. Visit our web site for a list of resources. If you are prompted for a PIN, it is usually the last four digits of your phone number.

Q: Are the Friends still accepting book donations?
A: The Friends are only able to accept donations on their Book Donation Days. Their next Donation Day is Saturday, October 16, 2021 from 9am-12 noon in the Library Meeting Room.
Please do not put donations in the book drop or leave them at the library door.
