Walk, jog, run, bike, or swim for prizes! Choose an activity level that is a Challenge for your fitness level, and be active every other day for the length of the Challenge, for 49 days total. The Challenge lasts 14 weeks, and drawings for prizes will be held throughout.
Earn entries into our $25 Prize Drawings after hitting 15 Days and 30 Days of Activity. Get into our $50 Grand Prize Drawing by completing 49 days of Activity by Sept. 21!
Choose a Challenge that works for you. You can mix and match walking, jogging, swimming, and biking activities, or even take a fitness class. Suggested activity levels:
- Around the block every other day, for 49 days total.
- 30 minutes every other day, for 49 days total.
- 1.5 miles (3000 steps) every other day, for 49 days total.
- 3 miles (6000 steps) every other day, for 49 days total.

Register on ReaderZone and choose the “Rowley Gets Moving” Challenge. Log each time you reach your daily goal. You can access ReaderZone via a browser or download the app to your phone or other device. The code for this challenge is E299D.

Pick up a log sheet at the Rowley Library or the Council on Aging, or print one here. Track your walking on the log sheet, then let us know how you’re doing! Check in before the drawing dates to make sure you get in the drawings.
Prize drawings:
Drawing 1: July 28 (for those who reach 15 Days of Activity) – $25 gift card
Drawing 2: August 25 (for those who reach 30 Days of Activity) – $25 gift card
Grand Prize Drawing: for those who complete 49 days by Sept. 21! – $50 gift card
Winners will choose a gift card from a list of local businesses.
