How to win

Level 1: Read a Book
Every time you read a book June 2 to Aug. 31, log it in Reader Zone, our new Reading App, or fill out an entry form at the library. Each book you read earns you an entry into End-of-Summer Drawing #1. No limit on the number of entries you can earn!

Reader Zone instructions: Register on Reader Zone and choose the Adult Summer Reading Challenge, or enter Program Code: 67946 in the Reader Zone app. Log each book you have finished reading. Each book logged will earn you an entry into the final drawing. You can access Reader Zone via a browser or download the app. View their Get Started flyer.

Level 2: Read 3 books from our list of categories
Try something outside your comfort zone! Read THREE books from three different categories on our Summer Reading Bookmark and earn an entry into our End-of-Summer Drawing #2.
Categories include:
*Any book with a NEW sticker
*Any book over 400 pages
*Any book from the Right Side of the library (mostly non-fiction)
*A Beach Read (a light work of escapist fiction, such as a thriller or romance)
*Any book by a New England author or set in New England (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, or Vermont)

Level 3: Read the Most Books
The person who reads the most books wins a prize!

Level Up Together!
Help us beat last year’s Summer Reading total! For every book you read, come in and drop a ball in the jar. Last year, we logged 380 books. Let’s reach new heights!

Prizes

Drawings will be held at the end of summer. Winners at each Level will choose a $25 gift card from a list of local businesses.
