Join us to see “The Glass Castle”, a PG-13 movie based on the bestselling memoir by Jeannette Walls, on Monday, September 10 at 1pm.  Starring Brie Larson, Woody Harrelson, and Naomi Watts, it chronicles the adventures of an eccentric, resilient and tight-knit family, and a young woman who, influenced by the joyfully wild nature of her deeply dysfunctional father, found the fiery determination to carve out a successful life on her own terms.

Our “Movies from Banned Books” series will show a new movie every Monday in September based on books that have been banned or challenged. Movies will be playing every Monday at 1pm and will include “The Glass Castle” on September 10, “To Kill a Mockingbird” on September 17, and “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest” on September 24.
