Get out of the kitchen and join us outside! All amateur and professional chili cooks are invited to participate, either as contestants or individual contributors. Categories include Red Chili, Green Chili, Vegetarian and People’s Choice. Notably, Rowley’s contest rules allow recipes to include beans, in strict defiance of International Chili Society regulations. There’s no cost to enter, but registration is required for limited contestant spots. Cooks interested in entering should email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information and registration forms.
